In this Weekly Q&A video I answer two questions about planning and thinking about the future and how once can balance planning out next steps without getting obsessed or bogged down by worrying about making the wrong choice.

It’s wonderful to be curious and to let life unfold, being free of too many details. Having a direction or intention is helpful, but detailed plans aren’t needed. That can hold wisdom at bay.

Can you feel the difference between the fear based, what ifs, judgmental thoughts versus the thoughts that shows up as peace, quiet and wisdom?

Have you ever had a time when you just knew it was right to do do something? You didn’t have to think about it? You just did it with a feeling. Often we “know” it when seeing it leaves us feeling settled, secure and confident.
