Weekly Q&A: Panic Attacks

In this Weekly Q&A video I answer a question about panic attacks and share my own story with panic attacks. Very soon after finding the three principles I had an insight that my wisdom and common sense got me through every one (even when I felt like I was losing my mind). It felt safe to not think as much and because I wasn't being so vigilant with my thinking and feeling my nervous system settle. Panic attacks didn't seem as scary because I realized I got through every one. I stopped resisting them and surprise, surprise, I pretty much stopped having them. If I had one it no longer seemed like from page news. I didn't add on to it with my thinking. My relationship to panic attacks changed and they were free to show up or not. I realized I wasn't broken. I never was and never could be. I knew so deeply that I'd return to balance and there was nothing I needed to "do" to feel better.
