Hi, I’m Lily Sais.
If this is your first time here, welcome. I’m truly so glad you found your way to this space.
I know how disorienting, overwhelming, and lonely the experience of intrusive thoughts can feel. I’ve been there too.
For seven years, I lived with panic attacks, obsessive thinking, health anxiety, and the deeply unsettling feelings of depersonalization and derealization.
I tried everything, therapy, tools, meditation, breathwork, somatic practices... all of it.
And while some things helped temporarily, nothing gave me the lasting peace I was searching for.
That all changed in 2018 when I came across a completely different understanding of how the mind works, something that helped me remember I was never broken to begin with.
Since then, I’ve devoted my life to helping others experience the same deep relief and clarity I found.
I left my role as a school psychologist and created Peace From Within, where I now coach full-time.
My work is grounded in what’s known as the Three Principles understanding, a simple, compassionate view of our human experience.
This workshop is a reflection of what I’ve learned through my own healing, mentorship, and years of working with thousands of clients.
It’s not a toolkit or a checklist.
