Lily suffered with anxiety from a very young age. She believed that her thoughts must be true, especially if it came with a strong feeling. And she felt her thoughts were weird; she felt very alone in her thinking. Lily tried many, many things but the anxiety never stopped. Then she HEARD what the 3 Principles pointed to and “poof” she saw through her anxiety and felt peace. Now Lily helps others see through their fearful, anxious thoughts by pointing to this understanding.

Lily has a long history with anxiety, similar to mine in many ways. She describes herself as a sensitive child who often worried about being abandoned.
