Hi, I’m Lily. I’m a former lead school psychologist turned anxiety coach.
I spent seven years struggling with driving anxiety and had countless panic attacks behind the wheel.
I also had flying anxiety — and I truly believed I’d never be able to travel with ease again.
I tried it all: therapy, hypnosis, mantras, exposure, medication…
Some of it helped short-term, but nothing lasted — until I saw something deeper.
Now, I drive and fly with joy. And I help others do the same.
Sam Led — my co-leader — also experienced intense driving anxiety and now teaches people around the world how to reconnect with their innate peace.
His grounded, heart-centered coaching is a perfect complement to this work.
