For 7 years, I struggled with panic attacks, driving anxiety, health anxiety, and intrusive thoughts, trying all the things to find relief. I often felt broken, but in 2018, I discovered theThree Principles understanding. It not only freed me from anxiety and panic but changed my life profoundly.

Through these deep philosophical principles, I wasn't broken; I needed to do less to feel better. Panic attacks, anxiety, obsessions, and intrusive thoughts faded away. In 2020, I became a coach because I wanted everyone to know how simple feeling good actually is.

This monthly membership is run exclusively by me, Lily Sais, to help you start to see how simple it is to break free from anxiety and overthinking.
