Peace From Within Refund and Cancellation Policy
General Terms:
As the membership is a virtual digital service, no physical products will be shipped.
Refund Policy
Because Peace From Within is a digital membership that includes instant access to course content, community forums, live coaching calls, and digital resources, all sales are final and non-refundable.
By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
There are no refunds for past or current billing cycles, regardless of whether you access the membership materials or not.
Failure to cancel your membership before the renewal date does not qualify you for a refund.
Forgetting your billing date, missing our emails, or misunderstanding the cancellation process does not entitle you to a refund.
You are responsible for managing your subscription, including initiating cancellation according to our stated policy.
If you need help canceling or determining your next billing date, we’re happy to assist during our normal business hours:

Chargeback Disclaimer:
Filing a chargeback for a valid charge without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in:
Immediate removal from the membership and all associated access
Permanent ban from future programs
Legal action if fraud is suspected
We are a small business and take these matters seriously. We’re always open to resolving concerns fairly and professionally when given the opportunity.
Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel your membership at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be submitted at least one full business day before your next billing date, during our business hours.
Business Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
(We are closed on weekends and major U.S. holidays)Example: If your next billing date is on a Monday, you must submit your cancellation request by Friday at 5:00 PM EST of the prior week to ensure it is processed in time.
How to Cancel:
We provide detailed instructions inside the Circle community, pinned under "How to Cancel Your Membership" in the "Start Here" space. Here's how to cancel using Circle:
Make sure you’re on an internet browser (not the app).
Go to your Profile at the top right of the screen and select Billing.
Hover your mouse or arrow to the right of the date your subscription renews—you’ll see three dots appear.
Click the three dots and select Cancel.
Note: When you cancel, you forfeit the discounted rate you currently have. If you decide to rejoin in the future, you will be subject to the current rate at that time.
If you don’t see a cancel option when following the steps above, your subscription may have been processed through our GoHighLevel platform instead of Circle. In that case, [click here] to cancel your membership or contact us directly by emailing us at lilyasais@gmail.com.
Valid Cancellation Methods:
To ensure your cancellation is processed correctly, you may:
Use the steps listed above inside the Circle community
Send a direct message to Lily Sais inside Circle
Email lilyasais@gmail.com with the subject line: “Membership Cancellation Request”
You will receive written confirmation within 48 business hours. Cancellations are not considered final until you receive this confirmation.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
Requests made outside of business hours or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
Messages sent via social media or other unofficial platforms are not considered valid cancellation attempts.
Disputing a charge with your bank without contacting us first may result in immediate removal from the community and forfeiture of all access.
Failure to cancel according to the instructions and timeline above will result in continued billing and access.

Access to our comprehensive course covering anxiety, physical symptoms, panic attacks, and intrusive thoughts.
Live group coaching calls every week except on the rare occasion Lily goes on vacation.
New lessons tailored to your questions and experiences.
Share insights, get questions answered, and connect with others.
Monthly guest sessions.
1:1 Coaching Rescheduling Policy:
Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule a 1:1 coaching session, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance.
There are no cancellations or refunds for 1:1 coaching sessions.
Small Group Refund Policy:
Please note that all sales for small groups are final, and there are no refunds. This policy is in place to ensure full commitment to the program and to create a safe, dedicated environment for all participants. Your investment is not just in the program but in your journey towards greater peace and freedom. We encourage you to fully engage in the process, trusting that the insights and support offered will be invaluable to your growth.

Terms and Conditions:
I understand that the trainings I attend is for educational purposes only and that it is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.
I understand that Peace From Within retains complete choice over their training schedules, design, and delivery of the training and that they reserve the right to invite special guests to present sections of the training, as they deem appropriate. Peace From Within reserves the right to change the details of these programs in the event of unforeseen circumstances without prejudice.
I understand that Peace From Within may videotape or record training events in part or whole for training and commercial purposes. I give my permission and consent for such use.
I understand that no personal audio or visual recording will be permitted during the training and that my attendance precludes my reporting of the training in any media or medium without prior written permission. Any such reporting or recording is a breach of copyright and Peace From Within reserves all rights and remedies.
Legal Disclaimer:
I will not under any circumstances hold Peace From Within, or any of its employees, contractors, or assigns liable for any loss or damage that occurs as a direct or indirect result of my attendance of and participation in this program, in perpetuity.
In addition, I recognize that participation in this program does not constitute employment or guarantee certification, nor does it allow me to use the name or likeness of Peace From Within without separate and explicit written permission.
Peace From Within terms and conditions are non-negotiable and take precedence over any communications whatsoever. I have read the application and declaration, and truthfully completed all sections and I understand and agree with the terms.
