We highly encourage you to attend live and participate if possible, as these kinds of conversations are most powerful when experienced together in real time.
This will be an open, honest, compassionate, and deeply human space to reflect, ask questions, connect, and explore fear, freedom, uncertainty, death, and what it truly means to live fully.
A replay will be sent afterward if you cannot attend live or would like to revisit the workshop.

Meet Annie
I’m a death doula, grief counselor, artist, and mom who is deeply passionate about helping people have more honest, compassionate, and open conversations about grief, loss, death, and being human.
I support people through loss and life transitions with warmth, curiosity, honesty, and deep care.
I truly believe that when we stop avoiding conversations about death and grief, we become more present, connected, alive, and more open-hearted with ourselves and the people we love.
Meet Lily
I’m a former school psychologist and anxiety coach who is deeply passionate about helping people feel safe to be human.
After struggling for years with anxiety, panic, OCD, and fear, my life changed when I began truly understanding the human experience and reconnecting with the innate resilience, wisdom, peace, and wellbeing that exist within all of us.
For nearly two decades, I’ve supported people in reconnecting with the peace, hope, freedom, and unconditional okayness that already exist within them.
I’m so excited for you to discover how unconditional your peace really is, even amidst uncertainty, the unknown, death, illness, grief, and the reality of children, parents, and the people we love growing older.
